ABOUT ME
I retired from Pharmaceutical Co after 29 yrs. Presently out of work, but looking & updating ny resume. I live in Central NY, where live jazz is a rarity. I have been a big fan of jazz in the last 20 years.

HOBBIES
I belong to an antique auto club. I own a 1954 Chevrolet Pickup. I also like working out (rowing machine, exercise bike, treadmill, playing tennis & squash & pickleball.
I brew my own beer & recently made some batches of hard cider

MUSIC
I like a lot of jazz guitar players (Bill Frisell,Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Jim Hall, Kenny Burrell,Ed Bickert, Joe Pass, Herb Ellis, Grant Green, Barney Kessel, Jimmy Raney, Larry Coryell, Sheryl Bailey, Mimi Fox, Emily Remler, Howard Roberts, Pat Martino, etc)
I play guitar, but my interest far exceeds my skill! I also am listening a lot lately to Bill Evans

Hi Dennis, my good friend, thanks for dropping by recently. You have a good life from vintage cars to live jazz concerts. Yes, I appreciate Bill Frissel's music, but I find it a bit advanced for me. My current favorites are Frank Vignola, with and without Bucket....Moon Glow, Jazz Standards, Plays Gershwin....I'm also listening a lot to John Pizzarelli...he's a kind of jazz vocalist that grows on you, a bit like Mel Torme at times, good guitar and keyboard player. My visits to the Matrix are pretty rare these days...a lot on my plate at present. Talk to you soon. Keep well Dennis my friend. Blessings from dear old Ireland. ceolte
