Early in 2005 Dr Groove approached his old friend Professor Smooth: ''could you help me with a Podcast?'' " Podcast Whats that?"
By October 2005 we started creating the Smooth Groovers Review.
We've been gr8 friends since the late 70s when we used to spend hours visiting London's record shops to get the best deals. And catching the best Soul and Jazz-Funk shows on the radio - usually at weekends. Then back to the shops to buy more.
Our show is about an hour long, playable on line or downloadable for your portable player. We're licensed by the MCPS-PRS alliance. Its non-profit, in fact it costs us but its such a great hobby and worth the time and effort. In the process we constantly discover gr8 new artists mostly found on the internet. Our shows also includes music from our favourite established artists.
