New venue, The Cellar presents the first show of it's new smooth jazz series. Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, next door to the famed Blue Cafe, The Cellar is doing its part to keep the Smooth Jazz genre alive and well while at the same time serving it up in a casual inexpensive nightclub atmosphere. The Cellar offers a reasonably priced menu, specializing in southern bar-b-que with entrees in the $15 range. "Our mission is to offer the highest quality entertainment at affordable prices". Blake Aaron  has been described by the
L.A. Times as "a guitar genius." His smooth jazz hit, “Bumpin’ on the
Wes Side” has already been made a classic with its inclusion on the KIFM San
Diego Smooth jazz radio station “Best of 2008” CD. You can also hear Blake live
every Thurs from 3-6pm on KSBR radio doing his part to promote smooth
jazz.

has performed in Southern California and Las Vegas, becoming one of the most
