Music,spending quality time with my kids and family,food,resting,a good television show,making something completely unattractive into something beautiful-I call it the duckling/swan effect,lol-The feeling you get while "healing" after being injured or ill(It's difficult to describe-kinda like the calm after the storm/Such a rush!)Enjoying a candy bar or large bowl of chocolate ice cream every now n'then(I'm on a weight-loss program so I don't get to eat stuff like that very often)nature,pampering myself or being pampered,yoga and meditating,making someone smile,a goodlooking man-What?I'm only human-lol... Anything challenging,creating,giving,receiving also-lol,cute n' cuddly things like puppies and kittens,a nice pair of soft slippers and comfortable pajamas or a simple t-shirt and shorts will do(I like to be as comfortable as possible when I'm at home)Going down the coffee and bread aisle of the supermarket-I love the way it smells!Being with friends,entertaining or being entertained,feeding the hungry,helping people,going to church and praying,reading Bible stories-Better than any novel...A good laugh,the best medicine in the world,try it sometimes...Enjoying a hot beverage,fantasizing or daydreaming,beautiful sunsets,fireplaces(I'm an incurable romantic,what can I say)~~~I have a strange fetish for balloons,bubbles,bows and ribbons,glitter,shiny and clear things(diamonds,crystal,glass)metallics,beautiful handwriting,the color red,gumballs,miniature things,pretty shopping and gift bags,fancy ball point pens and bubble wrap!Love antiques and old/distressed things(Guilty of dumpster diving)and have been known to literally "beat the paint" off of furniture to make it look aged.I'm a fanatic for ballet art and paraphernalia!Pretty shoes(Eat your heart out Carrie Bradshaw)cooking something folks actually wanna eat-lol...cleanliness,neatness...great-smelling things,a breath of fresh air;In other words, not taking things for granted,seeing and hearing someone mow their lawn-Don't ask why-lol...I think it reminds me of Summer-Call me crazy, but I love the rain...The best therapy in the world to me-I have many more but I'll run out of room.

I'm a rookie songwriter and musician just gettin' started and I've been playing around with musical instruments since the tender age of 9-My parents bought me an instrument like almost every year,lol.Was born in Atlanta,that's right, I'm a Georgia peach!Attended Clark University in Atlanta,studied art-Later studied interior design,got bored and rediscovered my musical roots, so to speak-My daughter is also a songwriter and music producer; She's more into the "hip-hop" scene but helps me with my songs sometimes when she's not too engrossed in her own projects.I wrote,composed and performed my own songs on my page;Hard work,but u gotta work to succeed.Never had any type of piano lessons or training.I'm not a concert pianist or anything but I try and I'm learning new and great things everyday so comeonnnnnn' and grow with me and maybe we can take baby steps together-

Writing songs, working out,game shows,decorating my home(or anybody's),learning to play the piano again,softball,dancing,gardening,baseball,cooking,games(crosswords,Jeopardy ,Family feud,etc. etc.),video games:I have teens-lol, drawing/sketching,working with my hands/being creative.

Bad smells, bad people,paying bills,illness,pain and suffering, hunger,sadness,going somewhere I don't wanna go,someone making a complete idiot out of themselves, filth,liars,,alligators,snakes(ew!I can't get pass the scaly skin),rats(the human ones too-lol), spiders(anything with eight legs and eyes gotta be disgusting),sushi,ew!(I like my fish cooked,thank u))Seeing my kids cry-That makes me cry-Someone getting their feelings hurt,basically all evil things.
